Study on Dynamic Contact Behavior of Multi-Component Droplet and Dust Surface

The dynamic contact behavior between multi-component droplets and the surface of iron ore dust was taken as research object, analysis maximum spreading coefficient, acting diameter, area, bouncing height solid-liquid contact, from a microscopic perspective, using high-speed photography image processing technology. experimental results indicate that (1) with particle size particles decreases, sequentially manifests spread immediately after broken, retraction, negative bounce, primary secondary bounce. (2) When tension decreases 55.5 to 34.8 mN/m, diameter droplet has increased by 30% 40%, bounce heights (coefficients) decreased 100%, 57.14%, 53.57%, respectively, coefficient exhibits no obvious pattern. (3) With decreasing tension, unidirectional area increase when is over 100 μm. less than μm, there significant change in despite tension. Thus, diffusion mainly influenced size. These findings contribute enhancing theory water mist removal improving efficiency.
